Our personal trainers will work with you in Joanne’s gym but can also offer home training programmes and running programmes.

BOOT CAMP

Sign up for a bootcamp with a group of friends, collages, mummy groups etc. We offer a tailor-made programme for your group with measurements, nutrition plans, group training and workout plans.

All tailored to fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your goals.

Bootcamps run from 4-8 weeks and require a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 7.

JOANNE'S RUNNING CLUB

Once a week we have a group run for anyone interested. Sign up and join us for a 5km run. Complimentary coffee is served in the lounge after the run.

It’s free to join our running club, but make sure you sign up, and give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, so we can invite other runners.
